I want to OC my computer at school, but its a Dell.I tried Clockgen, but none of the frequencies actually saved. So,essentially,I pumped up the CPU to 3.6Ghz.....but the CPU never actually ran higher than stock....can I unlock the mobo from within the OS(Win2k3 server/WinXP Pro)?

no, you can't there is no such thing as unlocking a mobo. are you sure you entered the settings correctly on the mobo. Also keep in mind that what you are doing seeing you don't own the computer could get you in trouble. This thread may get locked

yeah i know the guy who does cpufsb "same thing", he told me before if you can get the pll's for the mobo he can put them into the software and once they are in there you can oc that mobo via his software.
