I'm runninng a 1.4ghz Ahyja core athlon and using a noise control Silverado on it but running full power overclocked I'm still getting around 50° C what should I do. I'm using Artic Silver 2 thermal compound and scraped it on with a razor. Please send comments back as to this cooling problem.

Lose the Noise Control and get a real heatsink? I classify the Noise Control in the same category as the Zalmans, only a few bits better than a stock AMD heatsink, but a helluva lot quieter.
Noise Control and Zalmans are not for overclocking at all. Like I said pick up a Glaciator or SK-6 and you should be set.

I RECOMMEND THE CAK38!!!
and if u think the delta38 is too noisy then do the 7V mod
it'z really a lot more quiet and the temps differ just a little!

I 100% DO NOT recommend the CAK38, it's a chunk of crap. You won't get better temps than your silverado...in fact I wanted to buy a silverado when I was using my CAK38.
Are you running with your case closed? If so, do you have any intake fans? You should consider that...try running your case with the side off and see if you get any improvement.
