hey guys, i konw there is almost 3 or 4 threads has information about 1GB rams....
but non give full discusion and they make confuse instead of clearefying.. i was reading for one week now

i did research ocforum and other websites for reviews and i conclude this:

Patriot: (2 kits founds)
- Model #: PDC2G3200ELK, 3-3-3-7-T1 @ 400MHz, $215.25 , v ??~?? LINK
- Model #: PDC2G3200LLK, 2-3-2-5-T1 @ 400MHz, $ 339.25, v ??~?? LINK

OCz:

info needed:
- what is T3, T2, T1.....what make diff i.e. patriot 2-3-2-5-1T & OCz 2-3-2-5
- voltage ranges: patriot, OCz voltage limit ??

I just installed the OCZ 2x1gig in a new DFI NF4 Ultra D. I am shocked to say that it runs at specs, 2-3-3-5 i2.6 volts vdimm in dual channel right out of the box. That is very fast for 1gig sticks in DC. I will be overclocking it a bit after burning it in a bit. These are very impressive sticks!

If money is no object crucial 2 gig ddr500 simply can't be beat right now.

290htt 3-3-5-3-1T SP32 stable at 2.85v.

where can i get them .. the only place i have seen is at crucial's website but they want 399 lol

lol, thats why he said if money is no object.

i think i they can be had for ~360 but i know they just came back in stock.

i'm happy with my mushkins @250, 2.5-3-2-8, 2.65v

Good timing for 2gig dual. Hope you dont have to mess w/ mem setting in bios.

Too bad they're not $254 anymore. NewEgg has them for $274 shipped. Is there a rush on these or something. Prices seem to be going up everywhere.

it was posted a bit ago that RAM prices will be going up at the end/middle of the season.
