ok i was at the parking lot in my town (yes the parking lot )
and i stopped by a guy i know and we were talking and i was about to leave and was like ok u two guys have fun eh and gave a wink and hes like **** you (mean while i jsut put into drive and had my break on) and he through this mcdonalds at me, and i dunno why i did it but while i was trying to get this bag of mc donalds outa my face my foot slipped off and i hit the nipple of his tire

so it was leaking, and we stopped it by pushing it to one side, its like a line cut thing from the rim


so its a ghetto mcdonalds spoon, electrical tape rig but ya hes saying **** how i have to buy him a new tire and **** and it was 800$ each and i was like ok buddy


so im not sure bout this but on tires like that cant a tire shop like pull the rubber nipple out and silicon in a new one?

and how much max will this cost me

o he was saying if i dont buy a new tire he'll try and bring me to small claims....who do u think would win, or would it be like a 50/50...i tried to tell him id do 50/50 and be fair bout it but he wont budge so ill prolly give in and pay the whole thing

Have the valve stem replaced for $6 at a local tire shop and be done with it.

well, the guy came to the palce i work with another guy and well the moron was flippling laps last night and driving back to town from home (15 min drive) he blew the tire


now i thought this bone head knew not to drive on it when it has a small hole but whatever...lat time i checked air forced out of a small hole is bad



the guy just called me 213 plus tax i said 220 and well call it even and he was cool with it

so im happy i was thinking 300 i got off easy although I dont believe i shouldnt pay for it all ill do it anyways

Sounds like his actions (failure to act) cause a small problem to become a large one.

well, my dad talked to his dad...he didnt tell his dad bout the bag or anything so my dad and his agreed on 50/50

im kinda ****ed i shouldnt have to pay even half but whatever better then all
