it should. if you arent sure about it, you should get a PSU that has a 24 pin connection, or get a 20-24 pin converter. im not sure how safe a 20-24 pin converter is, but ive heard that it does just fine. 4 extra pins just delievers a bit more power to the mobo, thats all. it'll run fine on 20.
 
The extra 4 pins are for the PCI-E 75w spec. I'd reccommend getting a 24-pin native PSU, and a good one at that.
