ram types and performance

Mosel RAM is 7..5ns. Does anyone know what that figure is for Corsair PC150, crucial PC133, and mushkin rev3 pc133 and PC150??? thanks. anyone had any o/c expericence with either.

I know the new Mushkin modules come with 7ns Infineon chips, they're guaranteed to run @ 150Mhz 2-2-2 (they will probably run @ 160 2-2-2).

I got a stick of the old Rev.3 (not the new Rev.3+) and they work great, had it running @ 148Mhz 2-2-2 no problem at all (darn CPU wouldn't go higher).
