Is this voltage normal for a 520?

1.25 volts? Is this a bad thing that it's so low? I thought only mobile CPUs were normally this low. Oh yeah, and it's running full load at only 38c. It's got a Tornado 90mm on some heatsink I bought for it whoes fan only ran @ 1000 RPM instead of the rated 2500.

It's prolly OK. If I remember right, Intel rated the voltage for that proc at 1.25-1.38.
