Which to buy for O/C

I have the choice between these 2 ram modules.

1. Mosel Vitelic with mosel chips at 7ns
2. MemoryMan with Micron chips at 7ns

Both are 256MB.
I want to be able to go beyond 150fsb (hopefully at 2-2-2).
Which would you recommend?

MemoryMan with the Micron chips. A lot of the time Micron (crucial) stuff will do way beyond spec.
