What chips

I have just recently recieved 2 x 256 of memory back from corsair as they were faulty and tested inside my pc fine apart from when i set the cas to 3 i cant boot into windows. Also i wanted to add this 512 to the gig of mem i already have but no sure they will work ok together as they are the same model but not the same revision.

These are the dimms i have, could you tell me what chips these use

TWINX512 - 3200C2PT (The code on the dimm is 3202 v 1.7)
TWINX1024 - 3200C2PT (The code on the dimm is 3202 v 4.1)

The v4.1 appears to be tccd or tccx & I can't find a v1.7 on the list.
