Best video card for < $150.00??

What is the best video card for less than 150.00? Will the NVidia Ultra come down to this price level soon now that it released its Titanium series?

Radeon vivo 64 DDR or try a Radeon 7500 64 DDR. I would give it to either. In recent review the Radeon 7500 beats Geforce 2 Pro and equals /beats an Ultra, what more do you need.

The 64 DDR vivo will beat Pro at 1024x768 32 bit colour and at 1600x1200 (but who plays that it is ahead as well) also will beat/compete with an Ultra but gives you way better 2 d video clarity quality , and the best dvd playback available, take that to the bank!!!!!
