I need a dual channel ( 2*512 MB ram ) to pair it up with Venice 3000+. Since I have no clue, which Ram is good, I am asking you. My budget is around 200$ for memory.
Any help would be appreciated,

if u have a mb that gives hi vdimm voltage get something like the vx gold that needs hi voltage, and gives 2,2,2,5 at very fast speeds..(250/260) or maybe some pc4800 and go 1-1 at hi latencies and 300+ speeds..

My board shoul be DFI UT lanparty with nforce4 chipset....dont know what vdimm options does it have!

That board puts out plenty of vdimm. You have a number of good choices available to you. OCZ VX and Mushkin Redline are 2 that quickly come to mind.

These are all in your budget range. There are others that are good as well. These are just my picks for your board.
Good luck.
