quick question

does the asus p5nd2-sli mobo support the dual core intels?

ya it supports dual-core intel CPU's

time to place my order.

are we sure it supports them because CPU-Z only reports 1 core.

The "P5ND2-SLI Deluxe" and the "P5ND2-SLI" both support the Pentium D but with the "P5ND2-SLI Deluxe" the 820 only work as a "Single Core" CPU because of a chipset limitation, but i find it strange that the CPU support list for the "P5ND2-SLI" says that the Pentium D 820 is supported and it doesn't mention any thing about it working as a "Singe Core" or "Dual Core" CPU.
