CPU: The 640/650 or 660 (if you can't wait more)
Ram: I would keep the samsungs if your only going Value and if you are waiting for a newer CPU, the lower latencys might be cheaper by then.
GPU: eVGA Geforce 7800GTX 256MB GDDR3 PCIE
Sound: HDA Mystique 7.1 (Cheaper and on pair/just above SB) HDA Mystique at the forum (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=396438)

SB is a bigger brand name, it's only a bit of a price difference.

The BFG 7800GTX works fine, it's the most expensive one too I think, ~$500. The lifetime warranty works great. But eVGA is a great brand too, it's about personal preference. I'd go with BFG though.

You might want to change to the Corsair Value or OCZ Value RAM. If needed, go for 1GB.

What's this going to be used for? Any type of OCing?

I might do some overclocking but I'm going for performance. For the ram I'm not taking out the samsungs just adding addition ones.

I'd try to avoid mixing ram.

Kingston/Corsair value are samsung chips if memory serves right. Could be wrong, else there is always samsung original memory to buy, usually cheaper then brandname memory..

So, is kingston/corsair made by samsung and is it ok to use it with my other ram?
