I have 2 400watt Fortron Blue Storm PSU's.

Using the provided 24 to 20pin adapters, Antec power supply tester and a digital volt/ohm meter I am coming up with some crazy numbers.

PSU #1 comes up with these numbers:

3.3 volt rail is 3.354

5 volt rail is 4.68

12 volt rail is 13.85

PSU #2 comes up with these:

3.3 volt rail is 3.369

5 volt rail is 4.49

12 volt rail is 14.13

Am I tripping or is it just the dual 12 volt rails and them being V2.0 supply's that are giving me the high 12volt rail readings ???

i think your multimeter is probably bad..thats ridiculous.

I'd say your multimeter may be out of whack.

have you tried without the adapter? Just use a paper clip and connect the green (PS-On) to a black (gnd) with the power cord unplugged. once the paperclip is in place, plug the power cable in and don't touch the paper clip. then measure.

emphasis on the dont touch the paperclip :P

those readings cant possibly be right on both power supplies...that would be real weird.

i thought u cant test psus until they're under load, in a real system

there is a possibility that the psu will not regulate the rails as well under no load, but it is still worth checking.

plug some hard drives in, maybe a fan or 2.
