Memory not going Dual.

I bought a Rosewill Dual Channel Ram 3200 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820223032) , but my PC sees it as single channel 200 :eh?: . How do I fix this?
I tried upgrading my BIOS, but its already at latest version.

Whitch mem slots are you running them in?
Try switching 2nd stick to the third mem slot.

Is it supposed to be 200 MHZ and not 400 ?

Its running 200mhz FSB, but once you add in the DDR effect (Double Data Rate) its effectivly 400FSB DDR (200x2)
