nVidia GeForce 3 Ti 600?

I've been hearing rumors all over that nVidia aint finished with the GeForce 3 series.

The new Ti 600 is supposed to have 600MHz Ram (3ns DDR) and a 300MHz Core clock.

Finally, it is expected by February or even sooner depending on what ATI has up there sleeve.

hmm, maybe this is bull but it does sound cool doesnt it!?

think of it this way. Ati radeon 8500 already has 3.5 ns ram, how hard could it be to hit 600DDR on this card? also consider that radeon is confident enough to send this card at 550MHz mem without ram sinks! Thats got to be good quality ram!!!!
