I currently have an Intel D865 PERL motherboard. While its as stable as they come, it has its limitations. For one, I can't change the voltage on the DIMMs, which is a likely part of why I'm having trouble upgrading memory.

Regardless of if that's actually the issue, I'd still like something with a little more control in case I need it.

My requirements:
-Less than $150 shipped
-Socket 478
-1 AGP 8x
-Easy to use (little to no customization needed)
-1394 connection (firewire)
-LAN port
-4 Dimm sockets (DDR 400)
-800mhz FSB
-1 pci slot

Nice-to-have's:
-Integrated WiFi
-ECC

I don't need all of the latest technology, but anything better than what I have now, with more customization allowed would be perfect.

Thanks in advance :)

Abit IC7-G has everything you're looking for except the WiFi. Plus it has Gigabit LAN, onboard sound, several PCI slots and 4 SATA channels in addition to the standard IDE connectors. Lots of voltage adjustments and a great overclocker.
