System in sig....

I started fooling around in my BIOS earlier and noticed a few memory features and was wondering what they mean and, more importantly, which settings are best....

DRAM Clock
-Host CLK
-By SPD
//I picked By SPD as I figure this lets the memory run on an independent bus from the CPU...am I right?

SDRAM Cycle Length
-2.5
-2
//This is CAS right? I put it on 2...

Bank Interleave
-Disabled
-2 Bank
-4 Bank
// ???

I forget the name of it, but the options on another thing were 1T and 2T...any clue what these are?

TIA for putting up with my newbieness....

oh, and right now i'm running 10.5*150=1575...that's better than 12*133=1600 as far as performance right?
