temps

okay, i posted this in the cooling forum too, I am wondering what a good temp for a tbird 1ghz would be? I am currently getting as high as 53c. This is with a sk6 hsf.

ideally you would want you temps below 50c. although if you're under 60c then your're most likly ok. I assume those are load temps but they can/should be lower IMO. do you have thermal paste appiled to the cpu? do you have good air flow in the case?

Your temps are ok if thats at load but they don't give you much room for oc'ing.

I agree with Hatter, but if your not overclocking you chip that seems a little warm.
