I just put the below listed rig together. This is my first DIY rig and I have to say "I like it". Its a far scream from my ole 333 Celeron.
I have read, and read untill my eyeballs are falling out of my head. Im sick of reading, did I mention I have read an awfull lot.
What im looking for is a projected "Ball Park" performance prediction on this set up. Once I get back from the optical lab I'll do some more reading. Then I will step into the overclocking, till then, Thanks.

Like you said, sure beats your old system. I jumped from 400 to 700, and the up to 1.2. Man, what a difference.
