RTV Tline seal

I'm wondering what the general recomendtion is, should I have my computer off while I let the RTV cure (thread sealant on my tline cap), leave it on, or does it not matter?

As long as the RTV is not in direct contact with fluid, it should cure fine.

I know it will cure properly, but do ya'll think I should leave my computer off while its curing?

I don't see why you should leave it off. It isn't like RTV is flammable or anything.
