Now my question is, will Computer 3 see the other computers (and is able to share w/o problems) that is connected from a different router, in which, both routers are connected to the same switch. Is this possible?

And dont reply "JUST USE ROUTER 1, AND SCRAP THE SWITCH AND THE 2ND ROUTER?!?!?!". I have my reasons for this network setup.

Your computers will all be able to see each other, but you won't have internet. You need a router plugged into the internet. Can you explain why you chose this setup? Without knowing, I'd say plug router 1 into the internet and router 2 into router 1 and get rid of the switch. If you need the extra ports, plug the switch into router 1 too. If you need the wireless access point in a certain spot, plug router 2 into the internet. Really you can switch router 2 and the switch because they're really both acting as switches. Make sure to change the ip addresses of your hardware so they're not all the same. And don't forget to turn off dhcp on your extra router.

In case a 'parential unit' decides I am on the internet too much, and they flick off the switch to router 1. Router 2 will be hidden from sight though, so they will not know about it.

Also, if I use a router on a router, wont the first router block some data/ports that will reach the second router?

You will need another IP from your ISP for your setup to get internet on both routers.

Just do modem -> router 1 -> router 2 and make router 2 the one visible to your parents. The router->router setup will only work if you configure router 2 to make it act as a switch (turn off NAT/dhcp etc.) If your parents can't tell the difference between a switch / router just do the same setup modem->router1->switch and hide the router, that way when they uplug the switch you'll just be able to switch to the router. You won't be able to use the switch -> 2 routers unless your ip allows you to lease multiple IP addresses.
