Testing CompactFlash disks

I was wondering how I would go about this? I have 4 different brands of 256mb CF cards. Testing them on storage space is not a problem (each is different in size apparantly), but I need to test them by speed and durability/reliability. Does anyone have idea's on what I could test them with? In essence they are harddrives, but yet different enough. Thanks in advance!

Can't you use SiSoft Sandra to test the speed or another generic file based benchmark? For durability most flash devices have a limited write cycle life. I would check the specs first then device a means of writing them that many times.
