My current system is:

2.4C@3192 (266x12)
Abit IC7-G
Slk800U-SmartFan 2- AS Ceramique
2x512 Corsair XMS PC3500 5:4
Sapphire Radeon Pro 9800 (437mhz Clock, 357 mhz Mem)
Stock voltage
Mem timings to auto

I am thinking about adding another 1gb of ram to the system, but I am unsure of what type I should get. I can't seem to find any of the type I have now, and I dont want to throw my OC off.

Any suggestions?

Not sure why you think 1 gig is not enough, but if you really want or need 2 gig of RAM, I highly suggest getting 2X1024 sticks that will do 266 FSB using the 1:1 ratio and also have decent timings if possible. Not only will this greatly improve memory bandwidth, but generally 2 sticks of RAM will O/C better than 4 sticks, especially if you can't find the same RAM to match what you already have. You can always sell what you currently have to help pay for the new RAM.
