Not sure if anyone has tried this stuff before. Was over at the auto parts store and was looking at the epoxy and stuff like that. They have a gasket adhesive that is called Copper Spray. Supposedly it has copper in it to help heat dissapation. Now I know alot of people don't want to spend the money for Artic Silver Epoxy just to put the HSF on their GPU or ram sinks on. Several just use super glue. I'm wondering if anyone thinks this spray would be worthwhile? I mean it would be an adhesive although I don't know how strong. And if it has copper in it then it would probably do better then having super glue on it. Might be better then cheap thermal goop. Then again maybe not. Just an idea. Might give it a shot although I don't have anything to really test it with. I know some people actually have tools to test heatsinks and goop with.

I wouldn't suggest actually spraying the stuff onto things unless it was sprayed on the HSF or Ramsink. I would just spray it into a cup and use a brush or something to put it on sensitive equipment.

Sounds like an article in the making.

Let us know how it turns out :).

Oh hey not me. I don't have the stuff to test it's how well it would work. I'm not an expert at overclocking and according to what I've read my processors are always running to hot even at stock. Just something I saw and figured maybe someone would like to give it a shot. Heh

You know I didn't even look. Just picked up the can to read about it. Probably not to expensive though. It's just a gasket adhesive. Called Copper Spray. Looks like a 10 ounce spray can. Was actually in Advance Auto Parts over near the paint and epoxy stuff.
