I Signed up to go to PDXLan (1000 people in portland) and was just curious what the eperiance is

i go to a huge giant megalan everyday, i call it the "internet" :p

The biggest I have been too was Newegg's 2nd Annual Lanfest this year. It had 400 ppl in the BYOC and there was like 60 odd spectators. It was pretty cool. I wish I could have gone to the PDXLan but its a long drive for a lan... :(

I hate living in Idaho!!! The biggest I have been to was 8 people in my basement. LOL

Its not like I live that much farther than you in Spokane WA ;) 30 min and Im in Idaho

As cool as the internet is, to me gaming on the internet is much differnet from gaming at a LAN, IE I cant yhell at the people im sitting by on the internet, or if Voice Communication is enabled I still ahve to press a button to yell at them, its much less satisfying for me

I've been to Assembly a couple of times, about 5000 people.
