Ok, well my corsair in my sig officially sucks... wont get past 245 stable @ 2.9v period :/

so its new ram time :)

whats the best decsion here?

Mobo: DFI Lanparty NF4 Ultra-D

Ram:

OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Dual Channel Titanium: 1GB Dual Channel $300

That memory is rated PC4000 meaning DDR500 and it will not do 250MHz then either your board doesn't agree with that memory and that is very likely because DFI nF4 has some issues with Corsair or you got a dud.
I would go with the OCZ memory if I was you, can't go wrong with them.
Why not take a set of these (http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_el_ddr_pc_4800_dual_channel_platinum_elite_edi tion) bad boys.

err.... my gigabyte k8ns ultra board did 2.85v @ 280mhz Easily :/ but i dont really like the ram anyways so i guess it new ram time anyways..

Well depending if you want high OC(300~320) with loose timings or tight timings with moderate HTT(250~270). For TCCD I would look at the G.Skill 4800 or the EL PC4800 Platinum Elite Edition. For UTT Mushkin Redline is the best. They will run 260~275@2-2-2-5 when you feed them 3.4-3.6v and keep them cool.

errr might not need new ram afterall...

after some tweakings i actually got the **** to overclock!

but im still thinking about the PEE
