ok my roommate has an emachines desktop celeron, he has 3 pci video cards and his onboard, we want him to be able to use atleast 2 of these in conjunction with one another, the problem is that all adapters when plugged in except for the primary go code 10 in device manager, whether he set's to PCI boot or AGP boot (which is his integrated graphics is on) its the 845 chipset and i'm almost sure i've had and fixed this problem in a similar situation i just can't remember how.....(p.s. i won't go into detail but it seems like we've been through every possible solution under the sun)

post can be deleted fix was found just involving him upgrading to his latest video drivers.

Why delete the post? It will help others who might have this scenario. One thing I am unsure about, is why have 4 video cards, if you just desire 2 working?

Also, I hate you, cause you are at fullsail, doing my dream. I shall be doing game dev soon though, no worries.

multiple video cards can have a load of uses, but again i'm not sure what using 2 of the 4 avliable is going to serve....

I've used two in a single machine to provide triple display output, but i've never gone over that...
