Why "take 2"?
because the first 0516wpmw was dead due to "scattered thunderstorm happened on 07/16 in Columbus, Ohio." :( It just would not boot at all after that. Therefore, I then got RMA from Mwave, which is 0522mpmw it's quite a good chip as well ; however, friend want it, so that's sold already.

I thought I would never have the chance to get a great fx57 like 0516wpmw, so I just go ahead and order from NE, several friends told me newegg has 0522 or even 0523, but guess what. I got this.

So now, allow me show some results here; some of them were asked by some members, especially like the followed:
Can fx 57 really can be stable over 300 fsb?
Is Gskill FC can do over 300fsb?( At very first moment, I thought it's a joke!!)

So let 's see..

Setup eniv.
Mobo: DFI NF4 Sli-DR, BIOS ver. 623-3 official
CPU: FX57 0516wpmw
Cooling: PCICE Single stage unit
RAM: Gskill pc4400 FC 1G dual channel kit
Power : OCZ 600w powerstream
HD: WD2500ks in raid 0
OS: Windows xp sp2

Let's see CPU's initial stability try by 8 minutes of SP2004; Large in-place FFTs(same with prime95), 4 test passed.
Vcore 1.456v(actually can do it around 1.425~1.45v)
Vdimm:2.72, DDR610 2.54-3-6-7-14, Drive strength set as 8, data strength as 3.

continue..

more, let's play some super pi 1m, 8m, 16m:
Vcore all set as 1.456v(1.425x104% under bios); vdimm set as 2.72v(2.7v+ 0.03v under bios); ram timing settins can be checked from A64tweaker table

spi 1m:

8m:

16m:

CPUz verfied, weird, it read my slot2 for pc4800? bug? :D

**********************************************************
So guys, what you think? It may be too unbelivable that FC can be reached like that speed and timings under that 2.72v vdimm; however, PSU, BIOS and the memory controller of A64 CPU are the vital elements in terms of making this results. ;)

Thanks
