Does Abit Motherboards really read the cpu temps higher then normal?

With at 26-27 degree room temp i get:

Idle:

30-31 Case
33 PWM
36-37 CPU

Load:

30-31 Case
40 PWM
44-45 CPU

Specs:

Abit IS7-E2
P4 [email protected]
Stock Core
XP-90 with Zalman at 2000rpm
Case has 120 + 80 in
80 + psu Out.

The xp-90 is positioned over the mosfets to provide it with some airflow.

Yeah, the general opinion is that Abit reads a few degrees high. I looked over your temps and everything seems pretty good. Nothing to worry about.
