Second Gigabyte dead, starting over

Ok, my second GA-8KNXP just died. I purchased an ABIT VT7 and could not get it to recognize the SATA drives. After 8 hours spread over 2 evenings this ABIT board is not gonna get it done. I have tried every trick listed in every forum I could find. It ain't happening.

I need to know what MOBO to get that is going to work with my current hardware.

P4 3.0 with 800 fsb
2 - Corsair Twinx XMS 3200 512 400mhz
Radeon 9700 Pro (AGP)
2 - Seagate Baracuda 7200 rpm 80gig SATA drives
Audigy 2

There is a Intel section where you would get better more specific help. Try to RMA that board it might be defective, and what about the other two GB mobo, how did they die?
