You don't. It should be sealed.

You operate it very much like a heatsink with heatpipes, only it doesn't have heatpipes.

But i read here that i hav to keep my comp horizontal for it to work good, or at least on an angle coz of the gravity thing, but np, ill work it out :D

The heatsink angles itself. I actualy wouldn't consider it a "true" phase change system... its a passive one like heatpipes, where as the big vapochills use compressers. The micro will not give you temps below ambient, its just a very good heatsink.

Very true. This should really be a question in the air cooling section. It is ultimatly just a heatsink with a type of heatpipe. It can't go below ambient.
