Riva tuner reporting wrong core speed

I have been using coolbits on my 5900 Ultra for some time. Setting the core to 500, and the memory to 911. When I run Riva tuner it reports back that the core is only 300Mhz... But the memory speed is reporting back correctly. What gives? Which one is correct?

I don't know much about that card but if its anything like my 6600GT you can oc the 2d and 3d speeds separtely. You would want to oc the 3d speeds. My card throttles from 300mhz on 2d to 500mhz on 3d and when I am on the desktop it says 300 mhz. Check after playing a game to see if it displays correctly

Yeah, we have the same options... I don't see the need to change the 2D settings though... Maybe Rivatuner is reporting back the 2D speeds....
