Well yesterday after i got done with a benching session.. and a put my computer back to a workable/normal state... My graphics card really started to well mess up.

First thing that happened was that every time i would click on or do anything remotely graphics intensive the computer would lag and the screen got black for a couple of seconds.. it would continually do this.

Secondly after i reset the HS and put it to stock clocks .. the card even in the bios or during POST would basically create artifacts on the screen ie.. Words and letters are missing you only see half a letter. colors are screwed up.. and the moment i would load into windows the computer would restart. as if the wallpaper and such was too much of a load for the card.

Now i have moddified this card some. and it has given me problems be4 but nothing i couldnt fix.
Ive been running it on the 1.5V ultra bios.. and sometimes during benching would add a pencil mod to about 1.65V for core ( the cooler is a Stasis C5 and its done in a cold room with a big A$$ fan blowing on it.. temps where 55*C under load.. i would only do the pencil mod under that kind of a condition.

AGP voltage was a 1.7V (it shouldnt pose a problem tho)
and the card had a compacitor broken off a couple months ago but it was resoldered and there was no performance/oc difference. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a250/Feuer_Frei/Picture030.jpg
BTW im thinking it could be blown pipelines.
im having trouble flashing the card because i cant read the things its says cuz of the messed up lettering. btw. whats the command for force flash?

and Here is a pic of what it is doing

If anyone can help.. it would be greatly apprechiated
