urrr am i suffering from backlight leak?

i just bought a new NEC 1970GX, but whenever it plays movies, theres this thin strip of color to the right side of the screen...

this is a new monitor too, is this a major problem warranting exchange?

oh wait, nvm, it only happens in winamp... guess i'll just have to use windvd
