It's Alive!!

I got the new 3800+ on water today. I dont know what temps are like on air, cause I never tried air, but the way it is now it idles at 27-29c. I havent loaded it yet becuase my hdd was used with a P4 and I havent even tried to get into Windoze, besides I would have to re-activate it.


I know, this is a terrible mess but I wanted to bench test before I put it in a case. And I'm pleased to find that my DFI likes my Corsair. And the built in memtest is sweet.

LOL, yes, a PCI in all it's 4mb glory. I cant afford a 7800 GTX yet, besides, you dont need a good VC just to OC the CPU.




It should go in a Cheiftech full tower, I plan to pick it up tomorrow.
