Power Supply Voltage

Alright I got this weird message last night that said that my video card is not being sufficiently powered. Now I checked the wires and they were all connected. So I look at the PSU and I noticed this small red switch. On one side it says 115V and the other side it says 240V. Right now it’s set at 115V. Should I change it to 240V?

Forgive my ignorance. I really don't know much about PSU.

No you don't want to do that. They use that setting in Europe I believe. What video card and power supply do you have? Some med to high end cards have an extra power connector that needs to be plugged in.
