Help in choosing 848P motherboard: Abit, Asus, or DFI?

I am trying to choose between the following boards for use with a Celeron D socket 478 CPU, one stick of SuperTalent 512MB PC3200(single-sided), Samsung 40GB SATA II HDD, Asus 50X CD-Rom, InWin 350W PSU, 56K v90 Lucent Modem, and a Matrox G450 32MB AGP video card:

Abit IS7-V2

DFI 848P-AL

Asus P4P800S-X

The machine is going to be used stock as an email/surfing machine only.

Any opinions/experiences welcome.
