Voice modulator

I play WoW with my friends and we use teamspeak alot, are there any voice modulators out there that would enable me to sound all freaky to them? Someone else came in and is doing that and i wanna get back at him. My friend tried but what happens is when he talks he hears himself all modulated but the people on TS dont. The modulation needs to like sit between the mic and teamspeak, so are there any programs that can do this for me? (or does this other person have a special mic? lol :/)

sounds like an interesting idea...I'd like to know if any programs can do this also.

run the modulater on one computer (Rig 1), plug the mic into rig 1, run a patch cable from the line out of Rig 1 to your gaming machine.
