Replacement fan for my PSU?

I just bought a fortron ax500...

Is it just me, or is it loud? I'd like to replace the stock 120mm fan with a MUCH quieter one, can anyone reccomend a nice quiet, cheap fan?

Panaflow hydro wave fans are high quality, reliable, and quiet (if you get the lower RPM model).
