Flash my Bios?

Like I've posted, I'm pretty new to this, and I've been having trouble finding options with my BIOS that enable even basic OCing, can I flash my bios to Award or to another BIOS?

First make sure you have the latest BIOS, but I would not try flashing a BIOS that was ment for another board.

BTW, You would get more help in the mobo/MSI section like RedDragon said.
