Slow Crucial

Just got a new 256 stick of Crucial 133 cl=2 and my mem scores suck 333/380 in Sandra, I have heard of people getting PC-133 to compair with DDR, mine won't even come close. Is thear anything I can do to get better scores, I know the (ABIT VH6-II)VIA Apollo pro is bad on memory but nor this bad, anything I can do?

the people getting their cas2 sdram to compare to ddr are probably running 160+ fsb. i think a lot of your problems are probaly due to your motherboard. also did you set your ram to cas 2 in your bios?

i get 383/409 with my abit bx6 with cas3 ram at 124 mhz.

i just ordered crucial pc133 cas2 ram. if i'm able to run at 133 with this, my memory scores should be arround 415/475 or slightly higher.

yes my timings are 2-2-2, @ 133 even @ 2-2-2 @ 150 I only get 390/460
