Do these seem right to you guys? This is the PSU in a friends E-machine, nothings overclocked, but the things been resesting on her and I dunno how to read voltages. :(

Yes, it seems right for software check.
You should check with a multimeter instead, getting accurate readings. I would be more alarmed about the +12V then the 3.3.

I must admitt I don't see your point ;)
If your problem is the -12V/-5V-rail, you had better relaxed, some MBs simply cannot read it (is the word order right in this sentence? It's quite early, and I'm not quite sure *g*)

I remember my good old Abit KX7 read something like 0.12V on the 3.3V-, the 5V and the 12V- rail as well :bang head :santa:

edit: huuu, there was somebody faster than I was (well, remember, it's 9:48am over here -> half asleep ;))
But I would not be concerned about the 12V-rail if you don't come across serious problems. However, this is a possible problem-causing thing...but once again, I wouldn't mind if your system is running fine.

Actually it was mostly the +12v and the -12v that were bothering me, the 3.3 just happened to be highlighted.

:p That happens, if you are overly concerned about the +12, take a multimeter and doublecheck it. I don't trust the voltagereadings from software that much.
My old Antec PSU, in MBM showed also around 11.8V. But it ran just fine, could be simply heat issue. If its warrantyvoid on opening the case, test MBM or PCWizard (similar to sandra) http://www.cpuid.org/pcwizard.php or you can read http://www.neoseeker.com/Articles/Hardware/Reports/motherboardvoltages/

That’s well within the 5% tolerances most power supplies adhere to. Its been resetting because it's an Emachine...nothing to do with the power supply.
I would check with a mulitmeter to be sure.
