Corsair BH5 Recommendation Setting

Hi all

I've lost my memory setting after no choice to reset my cmos to default,
can anyone tell me what the best setting on a LanParty NF3 DFI 250 (9/14 bios).
Memory 2*512 Corsair BH5 3200.(old skool)
