s939 3500+ 1ghz fsb, and 1 gig OCZ performance series pc3200 ddr400 ram compatable...a need to know, am i going to fry the ram? or is everything will be okay?

Everything will be fine, you wont' fry the RAM!

Not unless you decide to overvolt the Vdimm, but I doubt you will :D

BTW...what mobo will you be running these on? Be sure to reset CMOS or Load BIOS optimized before you install these!

its an Abit USA An8 series fata1ity (or however you spell it), with cool and quite technology.
