I have stripped it to just a video card ,changed ram. and this thing won't do a thing no video no nothing ! I tried my old processer and now it won't work either. IS THERE ANYONE THATS HAS A CLEW WHAT IS WRONG!! AMD WON'T EMAIL ME BACK WAITING FOR 3 DAYS.

does your old duron work, if it does, it is the cpu that is broken and you should send it back, if the duron does not work then the mobo is borken

Firstly clear CMOS. Something may have happened that your board doesn't like, and corrupted the bios.

If you have already done that then check your cpu is seated correctly. Your temps may be reading ok, but you might have crushed the core in the process of putting the waterblock onto your core.

If it still doesn't work, maybe your psu died. Try a different, preferably a higher rated PSU.

PSU or mobo definitely.

Do the fans spin?
If so I doubt it is the PSU.
Try clearing the CMOS or recheaking your jumpers.
(If you have any jumpers)
I have had cases where a different jumper config
worked, while others caused the fan to spin but
the comp to not post.

If the fans jerk, but do not spin when you
press the power button, there is most likely a short.

If the fans do not move, you most likely have
a bad PSU.
(I reccommend replacing with aleast a 350/400Watt
PC Power & Cooling supply)
