is it possible? i have an MSI 6378 mobo w/ onboard 8mb video card. i would really like to overclock it is it posiible?

No, this video card can't be overclocked.

oh no, it is all coming back to me now, i used to have onbaord graphics, i could overclock mine with powerstrip

I have a board with a onboard SiS6326 wich PowerStrip reported sucess overclocking. After many tests, I realized that it didn't overclock at all, even if PowerStrip stated sucess.

What I did to get something more of that card was to run my FSB higher, but trying to keep a low PIC/AGP divisor. For instance 83/41 was faster than 95/31.5 .

I guess most onboard vidcards share clockspeed with the motherboard's clock generator. Maybe they don't run at that speed, but their clock depend on it.
