I need advice!!!

this is what i want to get!

but i was wondering if other components would be better. such as RAM and CPU.

I know i want the PSU, i want the gfx (or 7800GTX when coolers come), i know i want the mobo using ATI or SLi using 7800GTX, i know i want the RAM, I just really need advice on the CPU.

Is it best to go for AMD4000 64 san diego or 3800+ 64 X2 Dual core? they are similar prices which is better? or is there a better one still?

is there any other things you would change?

2 things i would change if it was my purchase.
First i would take a SD 3700+ and secondly i would lose the Raptor and buy myself a Seagate 200gb NCQ or a Maxtor 200gb
Not interested in a Seasonic s-12 600w instead.
