I have no idea what "nirosta" is.

A quick Google search made me suspect it is stainless steel....is this right?

if it is stainless steal is should not be a problem, but make sure it is not aluminum.

If the rad is entirely stainless steel, I have a feeling that it's not going to be much of a performer...

If it's a stainless rez there is no short-term problem, but stainless will rust given the right circumstances.
