Guys I have a prolbem

I really don't know where I should've posted this thread but anyways...

My new comp is almost 100% stable except in rare ocasions I get a BSOD and if I press Ctrl+Alt+Del right away and go to the BIOS I get a 12V line 00.00, after a few secs it's up again as if nothing has happend... What gives?

sounds like a psu problem, what power supply do you have? and is it powerful enough for your cpu

that could be a PSU prob but I would reckon it's a lose power connector, the one on your mobo, make sure the 12v that's in it is not cut a bit or being grounded on the way when air flows against it and makes it touch somthing else.
